Any sensitive personal details contained in comments or queries which are sent to us via the Website, such as your religious beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health or condition or sexual life, will be held and processed in confidence by NHSBT and shall only be used for the purposes of responding to the query or comment in question.
